Helping you to give voice and action to areas in your life that may feel stagnant or stuck. Whether you are wanting to gain relief and insight into your emotional concerns, find some understanding and solutions for the challenges you are facing, overcome grief and loss and gain emotional healing, improve your relationship and communication skills, or are a parent wanting to stay deeply connected with your child and foster them being them in the world.

My work focuses on healing and empowering each individual, to be able to love and act freely, in a manner that is truly authentic to them.

I bring my deep learnings both personally and professionally in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Psychodrama, Relationship Coaching and Aware Parenting to my work. A big part of Aware Parenting is accepting feelings, both within our children and within ourselves and learning ways to listen to our children, ourselves and each other. Aware Parenting has the understanding that our children are by nature cooperative and loving, and want to be connected with us, and when they are not acting in this way, it is due to a need not being met or an overwhelm of feelings. When they are acting in the least favourable of ways is when they need us the most.

“Come as yourself and leave as more or yourself”. Rochelle Schiek.

Whether you love to dance or are terrified of it, Qoya provides the space to connect in with yourself and your body and move the way you truly feel called to move. It invites you to slow down, to feel and connect in with what is important.
